She was predeceased by: her parents, Orvle Armentrout and Ova Armentrout (Randolph); her husband Howard Lee Peterson; and her son-in-law Rex Curbow. She is survived by: her children, Howard Peterson (Sandy) of Lampe, Sheila Curbow of Blue Eye, Leida Johnson (Eric) of Glenwood, David Peterson (Missy) of Reeds Spring, Freda Meyer of Blue Eye, Reta McClenathan (Bruce) of Berryville and Thomas Peterson (Bobbie) of Lampe. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
