She is survived by: her husband Max Leonard; her children, Anna Thomason (Eddie) of Omaha, Arkansas, Truman "Butch" Stark Jr. (Betty) of Green Forest and Rosemary Sims of Green Forest, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Wendy, Kevin, Kelli, Johnny, Misty and Dusty; and her sister Betty Worthington. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
