She is survived by: her husband Chad Allen; her sons, Drew Howerton, Ty Allen and Nate Allen; her sister Meleia Lewis; her mother-in-law Sara Allen; and her siblings-in-law, Kevin Allen (Marketa), Jada Denbow (Mike) and Andrea Jones (Mike). She is also survived by family members and dear friends.
