He is survived by: his wife Sheila Perkins (White); his daughters, Donna Perkins of Lampe, Missouri, Debbie Squires (Mike) of Blue Springs, Missouri and Kory Houser of Berryville, Arkansas; his grandsons, Timmy Squires, Johnny Squires and Ethan Houser; and his sisters, Jeanette Sams (Jack) of Berryville, Arkansas and Brenda Richardson of Green Forest, Arkansas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
