She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Frank and Mattie Bell (Thorne); her husband Richard Moore; her granddaughter Christie Seitz; and her sister Ina Mae Disheroon.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Chaney (Don) of Berryville and Kathy Smith (Jim) of Green Forest; her grandchildren, Brad Chaney (Danette) of Urbanette, Dale Seitz of Berryville, Steve Smith (Regina) of Hot Springs, Rick Smith (Tiffany) of Salem, IL and Sheila Robnett (Casey) of Bella Vista; her great grandchildren, Matthew (Ellen Smith) of Hot Springs, Jacob of Hot Springs, Lily Smith of Hot Springs, Hunter Seitz of Osage, Chaney Seitz of Harrison, Cole, Will Chaney of Urbanette, Collin, Tyler, Abby Smith of Salem, IL, Hudson, Owen and Preston Robnett of Bella Vista; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Moore (Betty) of Harrison, Grace and Marilyn Moore. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
