He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Steele and Kathleen Steele (Ward). He is survived by: his wife Effie Steele; his children, Patrick Steele of Harrison and Cinda Steele of Harrison; and his children-in-law, Robin Nelson of Florida and David Fife of Berryville.
