He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Rowlett and Edna Faye Rowlett (Watson). He is survived by: his wife Julie Rowlett (Agravante); his children, David Rowlett of Berryville and Lisa Carlson (Joel) of Witter, AR; his siblings, Bud Rowlett of Green Forest and Joan Bedford of Tulsa, OK; his siblings-in-law, Juana Claro Tayabas, Maria Olaer, Sabina Claro and Reginaldo Olaer; and his nieces and nephews, Susan McVay, Brenda Rowlett, Gary Rowlett, Terry Rowlett, Michelle Dean, Sherry Schell, Angelica Olaer, Mariane Olaer, BillHarold Tayabas and Icy Mae Olaer.
