He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Collins and Bertha Collins (Goodwin); and his wife Bernice Collins (Smith). He is survived by: his children, Glenda Collins of Berryville and Ronnie Collins (Tammy) of Berryville; and his brother Jimmie Collins (Nadine) of Harrison. He is also survived by three grandchildren; one great grandchild; along with several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
