She is survived by: her daughter Karen Fultz; her son-in-law Randall of Green Forest, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Latisha Settlage (Dan) of Fort Smith, Steven Fultz (Lynette) of Eureka Springs and Brian Fultz (Bridgette) of Green Forest, Arkansas; her great grandchildren, Madison, Mackenzie Settlage of Fort Smith, Anistyn Long, Jace Fultz of Eureka Springs, Ashlyn Gilbert, Aisley Faught and Addilyn Fultz of Green Forest, Arkansas; her sister-in-law Gerry Carmical of Bentonville, Arkansas; and her aunt Juanita Creekmore of Green Forest, Arkansas.
