She was predeceased by: her mother Ella Mae Chafin (Phillips); her daughter Cindy Lou George; and her father Walter Lafayette "Fate" Chafin. She is survived by: her son Paul George; her granddaughter Johnice Dominick; her brother Walter Gene Chafin (Leone); and her nieces and nephews, Amy Rogers (Tony), Will Chafin, David George (Anne) and Jerre George.
