He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Ron of Kansas City, MO and Beth Black (Elizabeth); his granddaughters, Ava of Leawood, KS and Caroline Black of Leawood, KS; his siblings-in-law, Tom Mensch and Rosemary Mensch; his nieces, Lisa Oliver (Cary) and Laurie Nelson (Kevin); his nephew Steven Mensch (Keylan); his great-nephew Grayson; and his close friend Bella.
