He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Koch and Elsie Weierbach Koch; his son Carey Nelson Koch; and his siblings, Owen, Adam Koch, Grace Koch Roth and Marian Koch Winters.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dull; his children, Barry Ray Koch (Debbie) of Lawson, MO, Jeffrey Alan Koch, Renee Jean Koch Hutton, Jeff Koch (Carol) of Phoenix, AZ and Renee' Hutton (Jeff) of Rogers, AR; and his siblings, Mark Koch (Betty), Donald Koch (Kathleen), Ruth Jenkins (Bill), Otella Biehn (Charlie) and Dot Thomas (Ray). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
