With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Miskimen of Bella Vista, Arkansas, born in Ringling, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 27, 2023 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elsie Miskimen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bateman and Pansy Marie Bateman (Howard); her sister Mildred Revell; and her husband Albert Gliedt. She is survived by: her brother Van Bateman (Carol) of Bella Vista; her children, Donna Fantozzi of St. Louis, MO, Roger Gliedt (Dianne) of Springdale, AR and Eric Gliedt (Angela) of Bentonville, AR; her foster son Matthew Jungklaus (Lori) of Lawrenceville, GA; and her nieces and nephews, Victoria Maaske (Charles), Carolyn Sayles (Dennis), Grace Miskimen, Robert Miskimen (Adonna), Christine Kunzeman (Weldon), Eunice Harris (James), Karen Miskimen and Carl Miskimen (Jamie). She is also survived by seven Grandchildren and seven Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Concordia Theological Seminary, Ft. Wayne, IN., Bella Vista Lutheran Church, or donor's choice.
