He is survived by: his significant other Tamra Lea Upton (McCollough); his sister Carol Little Reed (Upton); his children, Donovan Dixon (Anna) of Austin, Julie Tate of Norman, OK, Kevin Dixon (Leah) of Oklahoma City, OK, Susan Dominguez (Dan) of Edmond, OK, Becky Stevens (Robert) of Mustang, OK, Mandy Butler (Austin) of Siloam Springs and Matt Moore (Miranda) of Springdale; his friend Gene McCollough (Zelah); and his sister-in-law Sherry McCollough. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
