He is survived by: his wife Patsy Butler (Melton); his children, Eric Butler (Terrisa), Shane Butler, Rhonda Simmons (Keith) and Lisa McKenzie (Cameron); and his grandchildren, Ian Butler, Lillian Riggs and Dan Simmons (Jillian).
