He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dobbs; his daughters, Peggy Ann Dobbs Jackson of Hot Springs, Helen Diane Dobbs Johnson of Hot Springs, Joyce Ellen Dobbs Chunn of Pineville, Tina Vanwinkle (Dean) of Diaz, Rhonda Johnson of Newport, Donna Green (Michael) and Tuckerman; and his brother Robert Dobbs of Lagrange, Indiana. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
