He was predeceased by: his parents, Amber King Silvy and Essie Iva Silvy (Street); his wife Noma Lee Silvy; his sister Lousie Wall; and his son-in-law Steve Morgan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberley Leeann Morgan of Charlotte and Brenda Louise Brenner (Kevin) of Desha; and his grandchildren, Jamae Morgan, Tanya Joe Jones and Sabrina Lanette Peterson. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
