He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Noel Sr. Rowe and Wilma Rowe (Neyhouse); his mother-in-law Norma Jean (Caldwell); his children, Noella (Jeannie), Noel (Dean) and Norman (Ken); his close friend Norma; and also, Noel, Norma and Gainsboro Grocery. He was also cherished by his 3 children, 5 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.

Due to covid, a memorial will be held at a later date.
