She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruel Blevins and Ermal Lee Blevins (Christenberry); her son Berry Scott; her siblings, James Ray Blevins, Willene St. John and Faye Roberson; and her grandson Barry Treadway.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Treadway (Cindy) of Sulphur Rock, Jason Treadway of Batesville, Steven Treadway, Peggy Sue McTigue (Brian) of Smithville and Laura Patterson of Texas; and her siblings, Carl Blevins (Peggy) of Campbell, Gerald Blevins (Maxine) of Batesville, Sharon Rounds of Southside and Joyce Blevins of Bethesda. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
