He was predeceased by: his father Johney Armstrong. He is survived by: his mother Pauline Emma Armstrong of Bethesda; and his siblings, Allen Armstrong (Joyce) of Bethesda, Connie Evans (Bill) of Gentry, Ivon Burns (J. R.) of Cushman, Debbie Swaim (Chris) of Bethesda and Chris Foster (Leonard) of Bethesda. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
