He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Clay Penn Sr. and Lois Rounds Penn. He is survived by: his wife Annie Kam Penn; his daughters, Julie Granier of Sulphur Rock, Terri Adkins (Tommy) of Batesville and Lisa McCord (Daniel) of Batesville; his sister Linda Carol Penn of Batesville; his grandchildren, Joseph Clay Granier and Leigha Adkins; and his stepsons, Jeff Yan of Baltimore and Will Yan of Memphis. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
