It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James William Canard (Batesville, Arkansas), born in Newport, Arkansas, who passed away on May 28, 2020, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandmother Christeen Morrison; his uncle James Larry Mallory; his nephew Michael Cook; and his cousin Dustin Fields. He is survived by: his wife Stefanie Canard; his son James Austin Canard; his pets, Lily and Jasmine; his mother Ann Simpson (Kirby) of Tupelo; his mother-in-law Renee Seaman of Batesville; his grandfather-in-law Lou St. John; his siblings, Melvin Canard (Monica) of Searcy, Joyce Coffey (Thurman) of Trumann and Sandy Caldwell (Chris) of Batesville; his brother-in-law Adam Darnell (Emily) of Pleasant Plains; his aunts and uncles, William Morgan (Judy) of McCroy, Hershel Jackson (Melissa) of McCroy, Carolyn Gillian (Jimmie) of Pumpkin Bend, Mary Vinson of Batesville and Debbie Fields (Mark) of McCroy; his nieces and nephews, Dewayne Cook, Travis Canard (Jade), Heath Darnell, Josiah Darnell, Tiffany Watson, Morgan Cook, Angel Darnell and Zoe Darnell; and his cousins, Stephen Fields (Whitney) and Amy Hodges. He is also survived by six great-nephews, and two great-nieces.
