He was predeceased by: his parents, David Boyce Cullins and Sarah Elizabeth Cullins (James); and his siblings, Thomas, Jimmy, Johnny and Kathleen Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cullins (Hartwick); his daughter Toi McMullin (Cullins); his son-in-law Johnny McMullin; his granddaughter Kirbi Chase (Tyler Garlin); and his siblings, Alice Elumbaugh (Orville Elumbaugh) and Ernest Cullins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
