He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon W. Scroggins and Collene England Scroggins; and his brothers, Tim Scroggins, Steve Scroggins and Ricky Scroggins.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Moser Scroggins; his children, Deanna Campbell (Guy) of Tampa, Florida, Bill Jr. Scroggins (Phyllis) of Floral and Joey Scroggins (Mary) of Bald Knob; his sister Lisa Brinker of Batesville; his grandchildren, Kelly Catania, Ryan Campbell, Austin Scroggins, Cameron Scroggins, Alli Scroggins and Fenton Scroggins; and his great grandchildren, Calvin Catania, Campbell Catania, Colson Campbell, Addelyn Scroggins, Ashton Scroggins, Caylee Scroggins and Camden Scroggins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
