He is survived by: his son David; his wife Marilyn; his daughter Valerie McMahan Nichols; his grandchildren, Aaron McMahan (Allie), Olivia Pate, Shanna Frazier, Sally Harmon (Michael Webb), William Harmon (MarieClaire) and Hannah McMahan-Arterberry; his great grandchildren, John David, Justice Norris, Nikea Newton, Makenna, Makhia, Nariah Stewart and Ayden McMahan; and his pet Bugs.
