She was predeceased by: her parents, John McKinney and Lena McKinney; her husband Benny Blevins; and her sister Sharon Price. She is survived by: her daughter Lee Ann Neidecker (Scott) of Van Buren; her sister Carol Gramlich of Marietta, GA; and her grandchildren, Benjamin Neidecker of Van Buren and Remington Blevins Neidecker of Van Buren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
