He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Glen and Lillian Irene Clinard (Smith); and his siblings, Virginia Magnuson, Bob Decker and Nelson Decker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Doris Neihouse of Central City, Patricia Friedline of Austin and Fred Clinard of Central City.
