He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Moore, Sr. and Mae Z. Moore (Rupp). He is survived by: his son Dr. W. Wesley Moore (Staci Stancil Moore) of Fort Smith, AR; his grandchildren, Kirby Moore and Collin Moore; his son David L. Moore of Van Buren, AR; his grandchildren, Nicole Poole (Jeff) and Maddie Wright (Hayden); his son Christopher A. Moore (Kathryn Moore) of Fayetteville, AR; his grandchildren, Griffin Moore and Dylan Moore; and also Emma Poole.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested all donations be made to The Artemis Project.
