She is survived by: her spouse Wiley "Mack" Self; her children, Jerry Self, Vince Self (Josie) of Shelbyville, KY., Darla Clark (Chaffin) of Lagrange, GA., Skeeter Gentry (Millard) of Shelbyville, KY., Dawn Wright of Shelbyville, KY. and Tammy Baker (Larry) of Shelbyville, KY.; her siblings, Gary Caldwell (Kay) of Wheatley, AR., Wayne Caldwell (Trish) of Dumas, AR., Annie Green (Howard) of Nashville, TN., Alma Catlett (Keith) of Marvell, AR., Linda Fisher (Benny) of Fort Smith, AR., Rita Davenport (Stanley) of Monroe, AR. and Tereasia Davenport (Dink) of Monroe, AR.; and her grandchildren, Tina Storz, Tony Grimm, Tonya Sweatt, Brock Self, Skyler Self, Chad Clark, Grace Harry, Kamren Gatens, Marlee Self, Sydney Shockley of Gabriel Bass, M. J, Gentry, Maranda Hungarland, Alexis Shirley, Shelby Baker and Jackson Baker. She is also survived by 20 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.
