He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgle Wiley and Mable Duvall Wiley. He is survived by: his wife Misty Perry Wiley; his stepchildren, Brittany, Trevor Bailey, Jared Bailey and Tristen Perry; and his siblings, Virgle Wiley, Larry F. Wiley, Louise (Roger Burns) and Ruby (Stephen O'Bannon). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
