He is survived by: his children, Carl Lewallen, Jr., Mary Keech and John Wayne Lewallen; his grandchildren, Ruby, Willis, Mercedes, Allison and Ida; his great grandchildren, Mariska, Kanyon, Carl Dean, Jimmy, Jamiason and Luician; and his siblings, Wayne Lewallen, Anna Faye Cross, Penny Sanborn and Roy Lewallen.
