It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara LauVane Pitts of Atkins, Arkansas, born in Biscoe, Arkansas, who passed away on June 7, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Olen and Barbara Lee Culbertson Dixon; her daughter Barbara Lemley; her grandson Nathan Fuller; and her brother Willis Dixon.

She is survived by: her husband Bobby Lane Pitts; her children, Sherri (Mike) of Hector, Robbi (Gerald) of Gosnell and David (Brandy) of Atkins; her grandchildren, Robyn Satterfield, Amber Noll (Phillip), Greg Coffman (Tonya), Clayton Coffman, Courtney Kendrick (Kris), Brandon Fuller (Faye), Johnathan Fuller, Jordan Fuller, Jacob Pitts and Mia Pitts; her aunt Maggie Cochran of Gum Log; and also Betty Reed. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.
