He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Cooper and Rosa Cooper (Garner); and his wife Marie Cooper. He is survived by: his son Harvey D. Cooper of Ashdown; his granddaughter Jodi Jones of Genoa, AR; his great grandchildren, Katlynne Finch of Hallsville, TX and Abby Walters of Fayetteville, AR; and his great great grandchild Kaisley Smith.
