She is survived by: her husband Arvilee Fulmer of Arkadelphia; her daughters, Teena Davis (Wesley) of Hot Springs, Tammy Boerner (Bob) of Hot Springs and Teresa Norris of Mt. Vernon; her grandchildren, Matt Frazier (Bekah), Jay Frazier (Misty), Wendy Baxley (Paul), Summer Austin (Mike), Sean Necessary (Claire), Shannon Stringfellow (Bryan), Ben Necessary (Hailey), Kelli McGarrah (Jeff), Kyle Shaw (Aleia) and Kaleb Shaw (Alyssa); and her siblings, Vance Smith, Jr., James "Smoky" Smith and Lois Kinard of Arkadelphia. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
