She was predeceased by: her father Olen C.; her husband James H. Forthman Sr.; and her uncles, Amos Francis of Arkadelphia and Thomas Francis of Texas. She is survived by: her children, James H. Forthman Jr. (Mary) of Maryland, Michael Forthman Sr. (Dawn) of Arkadelphia, David Forthman of Arkadelphia and Rebecca Hickey (Kenneth) of Searcy; her siblings, Nancy Ennis of Lufkin and Olen C. Francis (Val) of Texas; her grandchildren, Jessica Vo (Tony) of Arkadelphia, Jackson Forthman of Arkadelphia, Michael Forthman Jr. (Erinn) of Arkadelphia and Addisan Forthman of Arkadelphia; and her great grandchildren, Bryce Forthman, Ren Taylor and Charlotte Vo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
