With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Jean Todd of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, born in West Memphis, Arkansas, who passed away on January 13, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Sammie Jo Carlton Powers; her son Paul Edward Todd; and her brother Johnny Powers. She is survived by: her husband Robert Todd of Arkadelphia; her children, Gregory Allen Todd of Arkadelphia and Stephanie Ann Todd of Benton; her siblings, James Powers of Paris, AR, Linda Johnson (Gene) of Cabot, Cindy Patton (Al) of Proctor and Ginny Webb (John) of Memphis, TN; and her grandchildren, Jessica Hope Smith of Arkadelphia, Shay Isabel Smith of Maumelle and Carolyn Marie Smith of Conway.
