She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Lee Smith and Lela Belle Smith (Westmoreland); her husband James Hoy Smith; and her siblings, Reyburn Smith, Russell Smith, Margaret Munn and Elizabeth Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Bernard (Scriven) of Arkadelphia, Robert A. "Tony" Dorman (Rebecca) of Arkadelphia and Melanie Siegel (William) of Conway, Arkansas. She is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
