He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlis Glen and Myrle Ruth Marshall Spradlin; and his siblings, Brenda Kay Hooker and James. He is survived by: his wife Rosanna L. Spradlin; his children, Reese Spradlin (Susan) of Hot Springs, Stephanie Spradlin of Murfreesboro, Amanda Stell (Troy) of El Dorado and Leona Pope of Gurdon; and his grandchildren, Kristyn, Jaden, Brady Self, Isaac, Ezekiel Stell, Emily Spradlin, Bethanie, Will, Bella Gibbs, Kaeley, Addison, Zayden and Preston Pope.
Memorials may be made to the Spradlin family for final expenses.
