With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnny Mac Holloway of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, born in Curtis, Arkansas, who passed away on May 5, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Holloway and Helen Holloway; his siblings, Steve Allen Holloway and Patsy Craig; his brothers-in-law, Robert Edmonds and Larry Hancock; and his close friend Darryl "Rooster" Tyner.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Burnett Holloway; his children, J. Shan Holloway (Leslie) of Arkadelphia and Laura Beth Hedgepeth of Vilonia; his sisters, Charladean Franklin (Larry) of Little Rock, Sue Edmonds of Maumelle and Phyllis Hancock of Rogers; his grandchildren, Rachel Gunnell-Smith, Jacob of Conway, Holden Hedgepeth of Damascus, Hannah Holloway Shaw (Darren) of Arkadelphia and Holly Hedgepeth of Guy; his great grandchildren, Deuce Ackerson and Steeley Anne Shaw; and his stepchildren, Lynn King (Cristy) of Conway and Jennifer Thompson (Curt).
