He is survived by: his wife Deloris Linglebach Neel of Arkadelphia; his daughters, Shari Shepherd (Mark) of Okolona and Melinda Crews (Keith) of Arkadelphia; his granddaughters, Aaren Crews Burnett (Jordan) of Ft Worth, TX and Blakelee Lane Rausin (Justin) of Arkadelphia; and his great grandchildren, Aubree and Heidi Rausin.
