He was predeceased by: his father John Arthur Scott; his brother Pierre Scott; his grandparents, Charlie, Luvenia McNeil Scott, Ed and Willie Dixon of Washington; and his brothers-in-law, Glenny "Woody" Graham and Henry Wilson.
He is survived by: his mother Fannie Mae Dixon Scott; and his siblings, Brenda Graham, Jacqueline Wilson, Monica Scott, Donna Scott, Phillip Scott and Jackie Flowers. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousin and numerous friends.
