It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Spears of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, born in Amity, Arkansas, who passed away on January 24, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd William Bryant and Lottie Still Bryant; her children, Johnny Spears, Pamela Kay Spears and Deborah Spears; her grandson David Welch; and her sister Barbara Inlow.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Hitchens of Fountain Lake, Tommy Joe Spears of Arkadelphia and Lee Baker of Little Rock; and her siblings, James Bryant of Murfreesboro and Brenda Long of Mountain Pine. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
