He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Helms and Ethel Tapley Helms; and his brother Roy Neal Helms. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Ruth Helms (Wilson) of Arkadelphia; his sons, Baylon Helms (Misty) of Arkadelphia and Shannon Helms (Kristy) of Springdale; his brother Jimmy Helms of Arkadelphia; his grandchildren, Conner, Robin Tackett of Sheridan, Devyn, Alex Holloway of Hot Springs, Reese Helms of Springdale, Chloe Stone of Springdale and Colby Helms of Arkadelphia; and his great grandchildren, DeClan Holloway, Emeryn Holloway and Ryker Tackett.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Richland Cemetery.
