He is survived by: his wife Azelia Mayhue; his sons, Brad Mayhue (Sunny) of Arkadelphia and Jeremy Mayhue (Nechia) of Arkadelphia; his grandchildren, Hunter Mayhue, Cameron Mayhue, Fischer Smith, Patrick Efird, Taylor Whisenhunt, Perri Cate Efird and Morgan McCoy; and his sisters, Marilyn Duncan (Randy) of Arkadelphia and Gail Hancock (Del) of Arkadelphia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
