He is survived by: his wife Marlene Biddle Kinder of Arkadelphia; his children, Frank Lee Kinder Jr. of Arkadelphia, Chris Kinder (Shannon) of Joan, Michael Kinder of Gurdon and Airreall Kinder of Arkadelphia; his siblings, Bill Kinder of Rockford, IL, Gene Kinder (Sue) of Gurdon, Johnny Kinder (Patsy) of Malvern, Eddie Kinder (Darlene) of Arkadelphia, Betty Joiner of El Dorado, Joyce Clark (Jerry) of Alexander and Wanda Ellis (Dave) of Viola; and his grandchildren, Christian, Isabella, Anna, Shyylowe and Clark.
