She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Huggins and Edna Meredith Huggins; her husband Bill Talley; her daughter Patricia A. Talley; her granddaughter Patricia M. Garlin; and her brothers, Frank, Eugene and Carold Huggins.
She is survived by: her children, Billie Garlin (Troy) of Arkadelphia, John W. Talley (Marcy) of Texas City, TX and Scott Talley (Suzie) of Sheridan, AR; and her grandchildren, Dacia Strickland, Dale Garlin, Katelyn Beeman, Karis, Logan Talley, Aimee Hennessee and Emilee Drake. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
