She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren A. Kelley and Lemmie Mae Harris Kelley; her former husband Jack Serrano; her husband Don Russell; her siblings, Carl Kelley and Betty Franks; her grandson Ronnie Serrano; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Serrano.
She is survived by: her sibling Rivers Health; her children, Connie Ledbetter (Charles) of Arkadelphia, Donna Irwin (Neal) of Florida and Dan Serrano of Lowell; her siblings, John W. Kelley of Delight and Lois Paul of Hot Springs; and her grandchildren, Leslie Serrano, Rusty Ledbetter (Angie), Randy Ledbetter (Jamie), Johnny Ledbetter (Amy), Jackie Hopkins (Larry), Lisa Brown (Gerald) and Ricky Irwin (Jessie). She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
