With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carlton M. Maxwell of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, born in Blytheville, Arkansas, who passed away on October 4, 2022 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Maxwell and Ella Hardin Maxwell; his wife Frances Peterson Maxwell; and his daughter Patricia Maxwell. He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Maxwell of Arkadelphia. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
