He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Mae and Edward Willie McNeil; and his siblings, Isaac, Harold, James McNeil, Patricia, Evelyn McNeil and Darlene Blake.

He is survived by: his siblings, Roland McNeil (Pam), Mae Miller (Mathel), Vera Long and Delores Paschall. He is also survived by loving uncles and aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews, family and friends.
