She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Garland and Nannie Newborn Garland; her husband Jewell Arthur; her children, Jewell, Jr., Eldora Juniel and Gregory; and her siblings, Gracie Williams, Mazette Garland, Mary Louise Jefferson, Clara Garland, Coddie Garland, Levi Garland, Alonzo Garland, LeRoy Garland and Evaleen Griffin.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Hart of Arkadelphia, AR, Michael Hart of Austin, TX, Russell Hart of Arkadelphia, AR, Robert Hart of Arkadelphia, AR, Bobbie Hart of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, Vera Perry of Arkadelphia, AR, Regina Hart of Arkadelphia, AR and Sam Hart of Arkadelphia, AR; and her sister Faye Doris Avington of Donaldson, AR.. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, a host of great-great-grandchildren.
